Greg L. Sedgwick - Managing Director

Mr. Sedgwick joined Crane as Managing Director on 1 January 2004.

He came to Crane with 19 years experience in sales, marketing and line management with the BOC Group.

In 1996, he was appointed Managing Director of BOC’s industrial and special products business for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Isles. Since 2000, he held the position of Group Director responsible for the BOC Group’s mergers and acquisitions activity and strategic planning.

Mr. Sedgwick also has extensive international experience and has held Board positions with listed companies in Japan, India and South Africa.

Mr Sedgwick is Vice President of the Australian Industry Group of NSW and a member of the Business Council of Australia.

Mark I. Fitzgerald - Finance Director
B.Comm FCPA

Appointed Finance Director in August 2003 after having joined Crane as Executive General Manager Finance in November 2002.

Prior to this Mr. Fitzgerald held senior financial and commercial roles with Brambles Industries Limited

Bill Wood - Executive General Manager, Pipelines

Bill Wood joined Pipelines in July 1998 after the acquisition of Mainline Plastics, of which he was a director.

Bill has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and general management within the plastic pipe and fittings industry.

Ivor Timmins - Executive General Manager, Trade Distribution

Ivor Timmins joined Crane as Executive General Manager, Tradelink on 1 July 2004.

Ivor has held senior management positions with CHEP Asia/Pacific, Bearingpoint, Pioneer International and BOC.

Ivor has extensive experience in general management and sales and marketing gained in Australia and Asia.

Stephen Robertson - Executive General Manager, Industrial Products

Stephen Robertson was appointed in March 2003.

Prior to his appointment, Stephen spent four years as Chief Executive Officer of MCK Metals Australia.

Peter Davidson - General Manager, Crane Copper Tube
B.E (Mech)

Peter Davidson has extensive experience in manufacturing based businesses.

Prior to joining Crane, Peter held senior management positions in Southcorp, Chubb and Mitsubishi Motors.

Kevin Kellow - General Manager, Pipelines New Zealand

Kevin was appointed General Manager of Pipelines New Zealand in July 1996. He has extensive international marketing and management experience including five years as Vice President of James Hardie Building Products, California.

Susan Leppinus - General Counsel, Company Secretary
B.Ec LLB GDip AppFin

Susan Leppinus joined Crane as Legal Counsel in October 1999 and was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in February 2003.

Susan's previous roles include legal counsel at Email Limited and senior corporate lawyer at Clayton Utz.

James Madigan - Chief Information Officer
B. Ec

James Madigan was appointed CIO in February 2004.

Prior to joining Crane, he was a partner at Accenture where he was involved in major re-engineering and systems implementation projects for large corporations across Australasia.

Grace Westdorp - OHS & Workers' Compensation, Group Manager

Grace joined the Company in January 1996 in the capacity of injury, health and workers' compensation management for the Pipelines Division. Her role was expanded in 1998 to include the Metals Group. In 2001 Grace was appointed to the corporate team and is responsible for the strategic management of Occupational Health, Safety and Workers' Compensation at Crane.
